Jack Penate is a big UK act and a breath of fresh air to the pop/soul/r&b genre. His second album released this paste June. I recently saw it spotlighted and reviewed on pitchfork.com. You can listen to the whole album here on his website. The album has many layers to it. They range from Afro-pop to Tropical sounds.

He has three music videos for his three singles “Tonight’s Today”, “Be the One”, and “Pull My Heart Away”
“Tonight’s Today” This video is the most provocative (like most pop videos) but the song is brilliant.
“Be the One” Performance video with a live band and people floating and dancing.
“Pull My Heart Away” Probably the best video and song out of the three. The video is interesting with Jack walking through Jordan. Definitely worth the watch!
